GeSoB connects social research, education and counselling with practice-oriented project work. We develop and support services for organisations, EU projects, education providers, municipalities and social initiatives that want to understand, shape and evaluate social change.
Our work ranges from international project development and evaluation to educational formats, Symbol Work, workshops, publications and expert support. The central question is how research, learning and concrete next steps can be brought together in a useful way.

Structured work with symbols for coaching, counselling, psychosocial education, reflection, resources and transitions into concrete next steps.

Design, implementation and support of national, European and international funded projects with a social, educational and regional focus.
