Your voice matters – right in the heart of Neulengbach.
On the International Day of Democracy, Neulengbach town park will become an open stage for one hour. Inspired by the famous Speakers’ Corner in London’s Hyde Park, we invite everyone to step up to the microphone – with an idea, a question, a wish or a clear opinion about what democracy means to them and how we can keep it alive in our region.
The microphone is yours
We have acquired a real red-and-white Austrian lectern for the occasion and will provide the microphone. Anyone who wants to speak can step forward and be heard. Whether you bring a personal observation, constructive criticism or a concrete idea for living together in our region, different voices are expressly welcome.
Two simple rules will help us create an open and fair exchange: we communicate respectfully, and each contribution lasts three to five minutes.
